Goudkuil Bouwmanagement werkt volgens De Nieuwe Regeling 2025. De DNR 2025 is de geactualiseerde standaardset algemene voorwaarden voor overeenkomsten tussen opdrachtgevers en adviseurs in de bouw. De regeling is de opvolger van de DNR 2011.
Belangrijkste wijzigingen in de DNR 2025:
Vervaltermijnen: versimpeld naar één algemene vervaltermijn van vijf jaar voor alle vorderingen.
Nieuwe thema's: regelingen rondom het gebruik van Artificial Intelligence (AI), privacy (AVG) en de Wet kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen (Wkb) zijn toegevoegd.
Constructieve veiligheid: een apart artikel dat partijen verplicht vooraf duidelijke afspraken te maken over de eindverantwoordelijkheid in constructies.
Deze nieuwe versie van De Nieuwe Regeling is compacter, duidelijker en vanzelfsprekend actueler dan de DNR2011. Dit past uitstekend bij onze missie om u grip op bouwen te bieden.
